Nastasi Hotel & Spa - Lleida

The hotel's location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to online computers. the room provided me with a comfortable bed and the bathroom included a spacious bathtub and a towel dryer. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including different kinds of bread, croissants, and fruits. the hotel had decent facilities and provided a satisfactory experience for light sleepers.

Practical access, free parking, although not very well guarded. It is possible to have dinner in the barbecue restaurant of the same complex at a special price for hotel clients. We highly recommend the Argentinean cut. The professionals are attentive.

room was actually in a semi-basement that you could tell had been flooded some time ago with up to 40-50 cm of water and furniture and woodwork had not been changed, so you could see swollen frames and doors in the lower area, although you could tell it had been a long time ago and was dry, doors closed poorly and there was a smell of dampness in the air. cleaning was only correct. design of the common areas is very old-fashioned. good establishment of circumstances, in my view it does not correspond to a 4 star and needs urgent remodeling. Otherwise the treatment is familiar and correct.

Breakfast is served until 12 noon. You can find this schedule in few hotels. It is ideal when you want to spend a relaxing weekend and wake up a little later than 10 am.

It's a pretty old hotel and facilities need to be improved. room we stayed in had a Jacuzzi and because of that, there was a lot of humidity. air conditioning in the bathroom was not working and we put the one in the bedroom. After a few minutes it started dripping and wetting our pillows. Reception offered us another room since there was no maintenance at that time of the morning. We moved to another room with the same characteristics at 1:00 am and again, air was not working either. disaster. Many of the TV channels were not clearly seen. Blurry screen. Seeing the pictures on the web and price they have. I expected much more, I don't recommend it.

the location was particularly good and brilliant - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. the vibe here was special.

The hotel is located in an unpromising area, far from the city center. it is conveniently located near the Alcarras circuit, making it a good choice for racing enthusiasts. the spacious rooms offer nice facilities like a jacuzzi and dressing gowns. the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast has a good selection of options.

The hotel needs some maintenance on the outside and inside with scratched walls and a lack of paint. the room lacked a wardrobe and had a broken sauna dial.

time to enter is very late 15. 30h. We asked to enter at 13. 00h to have more margin to visit the city, there was no way. We could not go to the Spa, at the reception they told us that we had to call from the room to reserve and all the time communicated. sofas were upholstered with goat or cow skin, areas were not very well lit. breakfast buffet was more like a *** than a ****, juice boat, not much variety, pkg almost had an accident, because the stick that holds the roof was further forward than the square marked on the floor, we were with a child and do not repeat.

room was spectacular (although, despite what one of the receptionists told us on the phone, jacuzzi was in the bathroom and not by the bed), bed was very comfortable and staff very nice. hotel is very well located and has numerous alternatives nearby for lunch/dinner (considering that it has its own restaurant, in front it has 3 fast food chains). centre of Lleida is 10 minutes away by car, if you want to escape to Zaragoza or Huesca the motorway is 5 minutes away. time we have stayed in a superior one, we will certainly come back and try the Suite!

For starters, bad information they gave us about the location of the hot tub in the room. Then, pool being covered does not give you the sun and water is cold (it is not a hotel to go sunbathing all day, at least you can take a dip as it is appreciated). also the excessive efficiency of the cleaning staff that got us out of bed one day at 9 in the morning (I strongly recommend putting up the "do not disturb" sign). These are minor details that will not prevent us from returning, they are there.

my recent stay in lleida was amazing, but this time at Nastasi hotel & spa was even better! the rooms were spotless, beds were huge and so comfy. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient with great amenities nearby. definitely recommend it!

The hotel was everything in the brochure.Reception, cleaning & attached "Tram" restaurant staff were exceptional.The relaxing sun beds, pool, gym & sauna were good.The food in the main restaurant was excellent.

The breakfast crockery was cracked!There was no orange juice for breakfast!The dining plates in the main restaurant were too hot to touch.The staff in the main restaurant were unable to find gluten free bread, available in the Tram restaurant!I find it difficult to understand how this could be classed as 4 star with such shortcomings.

Enjoyed my stay in a beautifully decorated double room with great amenities in a superb location.

Warning: rooms without windows!!!!!! n° 903 & many others are not rooms but spa daily cabins with hydro-shower, sauna & Jacuzzi for 2 people with essential & incredibly small area for a queen size bed. The purpose you can imagine. No cabinets, essential forniture hospital-style, everything quite old and "fanè". They have also traditional hotel rooms with windows (I did not see them). May be you can ask for them. Breakfast quite good. 4 stars? - not so sure!

We stayed in the Suite with sauna and I highly recommend it. It is an ideal option to go in couple. truth that it does not lack detail: shower of hidormasaje, sauna and plate stars the jacuzzi. We also hired the romantic pack so we decorated the room with rose petals in addition to bringing us champagne, sweets and chocolates. We got the farthest room which had its own private terrace. You can have dinner at the same hotel or take advantage of the fact that there are several fast food establishments nearby and take it to the room to enjoy it more. Let's not enjoy it but there was also the option of room service which was very affordable. bed is not only big but very comfortable. I would also highlight the breakfast which is very varied and everything was delicious.

The facade of the accommodation gives a first wrong impression of what later is the hotel, it lacks a layer of paint. It would also improve a little the parking, which in spite of being free is a little left. And, finally, to comment that to arrive at the center of the city it is necessary to take the car since otherwise it is a little retired to go walking.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location was also ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the spa facilities were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
